Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

They sold my good friends a RV, brand new, with severe rust problems and did not disclose the damage. They refuse to fix the problem. Never recommend this place.
To say the least we are unhappy!! We bought a brand new 2020 Jayco Greyhawk!! We were rushed through finance and the walk through. We were lied to about the extent of Jack damage. We were told it’s a simple wire fix!! Well this brand new coach is shiny on top!! But looks like it was stored in a swamp. This dealership was happy to sell it anyway. Terrible service. Bait and switch pricing. We have been to this dealership on 2 different purchase attempts. The first time the guy that helped us was very snotty and talked bad about all other dealers/brands. So we left - This time we decided to try again (one year later as we are upgrading from a travel trailer to a class A). The salesmen were not very informative and kept rushing us (we had an appointment but it was towards the end of the day). Bought our new 2020 here, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales my wife and I visited back in July and almost bought then but waited a little longer and the sales people remembered us when we returned a month and half later. Recommend Jayco and the staff at Valley RV.

We visited Valley RV just to LOOK. After talking with Randy we decided, why wait, he showed us a fifth wheel that was perfect for our needs. Everyone went out of there way to make us feel special. They double check everything on your RV and spend as much time as the customer needs to explain all the fun things on your new RV. We will gladly recommend this place of business to anyone. 😊
Customer service is amazing. We had a ton of questions and they were very helpful. No pressure sales and honest. Randy had a lot of knowledge about the trailers we were looking at and was great at explaining the differences between models. We are so happy with our purchase and highly recommend Valley RV Supercenter.
