Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

If you’re looking to get screwed over two ways from Sunday, look no further! Because this is the place for you! They’ll sell you a “brand new” RV with rust and possible flood damage complementary at no extra charge! So if you or a friend are looking for a “new” RV you might want to be ready to bite a pillow if you’re gonna buy here.. just saying. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
They sold a friend of ours a BRAND NEW RV, with severe rust problems and did not disclose the damage. They refuse to fix the problem. We do NOT recommend this place
take care of customers and don't sell people brand new rigs that are full of rust
Shame on you for selling a rust, possibly flooded, vehicle to the Ackleys. The rust on the undercarriage shows this is not a new vehicle. You should make this right for them. I hope you are flooded with negativity! 😞
Integrity doing the right thing, even when no one is looking. Such bad business practice selling a 2020 model with rusted out undercarriage. Deceptive, untrustworthy with total disregard for customers rights and satisfaction. Shame on Valley RV and Jayco for underhanded bad business.
Most big purchases we make, we research and ask friends for recommendations beforehand. So tonight hearing what kind of condition the brand new trailer that our friends purchased was in sealed the deal for us. It’s unacceptable for you Valley RV Supercenter to sell someone a trailer with such rust and damage underneath. The pictures say it all. Do not and I repeat do not buy from this place. They sold my friend an RV that was rusted underneath and they would not work with them NOR honor the warranty. Go some place else, ANYPLACE else but here !!!!
no way why would we spend our hard earned money to buy a rust buck from these people. Our Friends came from two states away to purchase a 2020 Jayco New from them and it is a rust buck..They refuse to make it right..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Horrible
