Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

This is a terrible place to buy anything or have service done. I'm new to the TT world and I trusted them to tell me the truth boy was that a mistake. I had a Tahoe that I just bought thinking I would tow something around 4000 lbs but what they did was look at my car for me and said yea you can tow up to 10,000 lbs. like a newbie I believed them mistake I will never forget. If I could, I would rate their service department a zero as some others have stated! The service manager was rude and they are not interested in your business unless you purchased your RV from them. The general manager stated to me in April of 2016 that the amount of business from non buyers is insignificant to them. I have owned 4 Jayco’s since 1991. Sales guy Greg wouldn't return phone calls after sale was complete, service guy Nick said I had to call 1-800 number for warranty repairs... very disappointed with customer service regarding my brand new trailer.

Once again Tony, Chuck and crew have taken care of another friend of mine! I sent J.D. down to look at trailers and he bought one on the spot! They had been looking for months and had gotten the "run around" at other dealers. Chuck showed them exactly what they were looking for and gave them an excellent price. They also helped them with their trade. Chris in Service was fantastic and walked them through everything. Keep up the great work, guys!!! So glad to be part pf the Valley "family"!
