They sold my friends April and Mike Ackley a rusted mess on a 2020 Jayco and said they won’t do anything about it. Two thumbs down for these guys. 👎👎
They sold my friend a complete disaster of a “new” 2020 Jayco. She’s had it not even a month and the under carriage is completely rusted. Valley RV will not fix it and refuse to tell the truth of where this RV has actually been.
Shady business selling my friends a brand new coach that is totally rusted underneath. You all knowingly took advantage of the Ackley’s and it is deplorable to say the least. Do the right thing and take care of the wrong you have done!

They sold my good friends a brand new RV that has severe rust issues on the undercarriage. This is after their tech was all over the undercarriage. If they are willing to sell something this unsafe without full disclosure what else are they doing to cut corners and cover up? What won’t they do to make a buck?
You do bad business with your customers... make it right with them! Don’t buy from this company!
Leaving customers hanging that purchased a brand new 2020 RV will not earn repeat business nor recommendations. Consider taking care of customers and helping them get taken care of by the manufacturer and step up to the plate if the manufacturer fails to do so. Lead by example and you will build unbreakable relationships. Run from responsibility and you will reap what you sew. Disappointing to hear how you treat customers.
Sold a completely rusted 2020 Jayco to my parents. They knowingly let them drive it off the lot with the jacks not working and visible rust. Never mentioned a word after the tech inspected the bottom. This is not how you do business. And now they are refusing to make it right. Terrible place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Unethical, unprofessional scam artists! Over the next several months we will be protesting at every RV show, every internet post, making phone calls, running ads in the paper, calling radio stations, until something is done to make to take care of the Ackley’s issue! The rust bucket that you sold them is beyond horrible. What a freakin nightmare!!! Well Valley RV your nightmare is just starting! Karma is a comin!!
