About this business

Valley RV Supercenter is proud of its rich and unique history in the RV industry. In 1966 Frank Lee, President, his partner and vice president, Ron Claudon and two other gentlemen visited a small factory in Forest City, Iowa which they had been doing business with selling their truck canopies and travel trailers. This trip was the start of something big, and these 4 gentlemen were soon driving back home to Auburn, WA. in 4 of the first 10 Winnebago motor homes ever produced.

Their communication skills are terrible and they don’t know how to fix crap. I’ve had my motorhome down there three times after I got it back I was broke down on the side of the freeway for something they should’ve fixed with their yearly maintenance the things they did fixed are now broken again and it’s only been a week I think they need to be sued

Shady lying typical used “car” salesmen. Up selling of unnecessary accessories. Flat out lied about the features of the trailer we looked at. Also lied about accessories being illegal to leave their lot without, no, it’s their policy, not a law! Disgraceful. Pulled our credit before we had even negotiated a price. Then promptly, 2 days later messaged me to buy from them, are you kidding me? After I made it clear I wasn’t interested I was sent condescending and extremely unpro… See more

how can you sell a "new" Class C to someone that is a complete rusted mess? Oh wait... profit over service and customer satisfaction. If you are considering using this company, think twice. Matter of fact, you might want to reconsider. And if you must, you might want to bring in an independent mechanic to do a through inspection prior to making a commitment. They are seriously lacking in the support department.

Sales person had no clue how to answer any questions pertaining to the RV’s and travel trailers that they are trying to sell. The Parts department has no customer service skills at all. Most of the trailers and RV’s have have A lot of invisible damage to them due to the weather such as hidden rust, mold, water damage and soggy floors. Overall this is the worst place to Purchase any Camping trailers or RV from.

Be honest with customers and not sell them rusted out brand new motorhomes. And if they make a mistake and screw over a customer. Do the honorable thing and make it right and take the motorhome back for a full return.
