Voepel managed 6 of our rental units in Blue Springs for about a year. I could not have had a worse experience. The properties were always vacant, both of the tenants they selected were evicted, their maintenance costs were astronomical and responses from the staff were nearly non-existent. I had multiple tenants contacting me directly in order to attempt to get a response from Voepel. If you own a house and need a property manager do not use this company. run and find another company. I repeat do not use this property manager.
Worst management company possible. They nickle and dime tenants & owners on 'extra' misc items.
