Walter Ferguson, the plumber for Voepel, came to our home this morning to resolve the issue we were having with our toilets. First of all, he arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. just as he promised (almost unheard of with repair people). He was extremely polite and kind, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the situation with our toilets. He even took the time to thoroughly explain plumbing to me and why the situation happened with our toilets. Thank you so much, Walter! You are truly one-of-a-kind!

Out of all of our home repair requests, our most recent time was a pretty awesome experience. We were tenants before Voepel property became the new owners, and we would have to jump through hoops and give an arm and a leg to have someone come out to do repairs.
As a property owner, this property management company is horrible. The average turnaround time to get my property rented was 8-10 weeks. After asking what I could do to improve this, the management team said nothing and it was in good condition. They were not sure why it wasn't renting. I am an out of state investor.
