We chose to purchase from Auben as their showroom is local to us and being able to view the Sussex Veranda "in the metal" and discuss our full requirements with Ian was excellent. The installation took place in the week before Christmas and not in best of weather conditions however Steve and his team did a great job. We have been thinking about an outdoor space where we can sit all year round. We were able to see the product at the showroom which for us was Important as they is so much on offer. It was love at first sight at the veranda, exactly what we wanted, it took many questions which were always answered. Now we have it it is amazing, so much time spent in it in the 2 weeks it has been up. Doors to the side give us privacy and a cosy feel when under the lights at night. Recently replied to an insta post asking for info & approx price, wasn’t sure what I need to ask but was talked through the options by Steve who was very helpful, we have seen other products on the market but seem flimsy, asked if I could see an install and was invited to the showroom, it was work in progress as is my build but was impressed with what I saw, was offered a DIY and fitted price, defo will order in June 23 when my patio is finished. Bought an Oxford Veranda, really happy with the finished product. Fitters turned up on time, kept me informed of what they were doing throughout and left the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
