Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. I never had a problem in the 3 years I had a storage room there. I was also able to easily upsize when I needed to.

The manager, Miss Katrina at at plus Highway 280 is extremely professional and accommodating to whatever project you’re working on. She assisted me and getting the storage in a timely manner and she accommodate me with picking it up in a calm in a timely manner and she also gave me my military discount. Couldn’t ask for a better storage rental arrangement.

The front desk remembered my face! Paying rent was easy on autopay. There was always someone available during business hours to answer any questions I had, including my forgotten code to enter. My lock was stuck and they came out to actually fix it for me! I had a couple of glitches with my rent (new debit card, hacked/cancelled card) and they were kind in assisting me to fix situation. They even swept out my unit for me after I was finally done and so exhausted!
