My husband is a first responder and was told that we would be receiving a promotion of buy one get one free iPhones despite him being on firstnet (an AT&T company for first responders) and me being on AT&T. However, this was just a lie to improve sales. They lied directly to our faces while simultaneously thanking my husband for his service. Today I went into the store to exchange a charger I bought for my daughters tablet. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by a female employee. I said I’m here to exchange this charger that I was told that would work for my daughters tablet. She immediately step back like she was threatened. This company literally lies and charge extra even though we have reported about it 5 times! Here is how all these headaches started! We went to AT&T store at 50 Town Center Pkwy Suite A, Santee, CA 92071 on 08/20, sales person Sycilia was explaining the process. The thing is, we have spent 2 hours for making clear about every step. So, she said if you will get bussiness account you will get 3 month free.
