Yall door to door sales people don’t understand no means no. Three days in a row and it’s still NO.
Too dang expensive! $108 for home internet only. Ridiculous! Also, when they came out and installed their new fiber equipment, they dug up my front yard all the way across and couldn't even put the ground back in place properly. I now have a hilly and rocky front yard all the way across where they DUG to lay their fiber crap. They totally screwed upy front lawn. And as a homeowner, you could not opt out!!! How is it ok to install crap on MY property without my permission?!
I would rate negative if available. Speaking with customer service is a fate worse than death. Hours spent on phone with representative for whom English is not primary language. Going through “ troubleshooting “ again and again only to learn that it is an AT&T equipment problem. When they came to fix it, again their problem, charged me $156.45. When it works it’s great, if service is required it’s awful. Consider all other options first!
Would leave 0 if I could. Have had my wifi out for days and no help. Hours spent on hold. Robots that can’t help. No one local. Had a guy come out this morning and he said another guy would come out to finish the job and didn’t. They don’t seem to care that I work from home and need wifi.
