Unprofessional They don’t care about customers I hire skips all around London First time in Colchester and their customer service is ZERO .I asked for a rough time window and she said I can’t give you,i understand that ,I asked them call me tomorrow and let me know what time you will be there when you have a rough idea . Her ANSWER: no we don’t call you you will have to call us if you want to know what time will be there 🤣🤣🤣 Yeah of course I will chase you to give you my money !!!!! Stay away you have been warned !!!!

Very prompt when delivering the skip, but takes forever for it to be collected. After numerous phone calls and almost 2 weeks after it should have been collected I’m still waiting!!

Amazing! From my initial call, kind and friendly lady on the phone to today where we had the collection! We had the load and wait service, where you have 30mins to load everything and the driver we had was incredible and helped us lift the heavy stuff in. We couldn’t believe how easy it was to use! We will 1000% be using this company in the future! Thanks ATS Skip Hire for being awesome!
