Great company from start to finish, had my carpet and vinyl fitted within a week and the job was done to perfection by the two carpet fitters. I was quoted a much higher price by other company’s but when I went to Ats carpets they gave me one I couldn’t say no to! They were recommended to me by family and definitely didn’t disappoint, will be coming back if needed in future. ☺️
They are very unprofessional and liars, they told something else when I was the shop and when they come to the fitting, they added more charges and they brought a different carpet then the one they showed me. Very disappointed and upset with the work they done.
Fantastic service from start to finish! After being quoted much higher prices and longer wait times by big high street names, we found ATS Carpets in Wembley — and what a difference! We went in on a Sunday morning and were pleasantly surprised to find them open, ready, and happy to help — which is rare these days. Honestly, 20 out of 10 service. These guys are honestly amazing. I had purchased a mattress from Ats, my Mrs was pregnant and I needed something that would be good for her. When the mattress arrived, my wife was did not enjoy the mattress and they delivered a new mattress free of charge and allowed me to return the old one.
