Total nightmare now used to be great 184 calls between 8am and 8.32 am then get told to phone tomorrow and see used to say this was best surgery but not now so so disappointing now
Hi, Well since I had written my last review all of the receptionist have been efficient and very polite and professional. I am glad they take stock and learn for improvement so I am taking the same approach with my latest experience communications is key and we have freedom of expression so why not?!
