Absolutely amazing experience. I am on a tight student budget and was skeptical on going for a private option but it was definitely worth the money. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced and kind. I felt a big difference in my knee injury just a few minutes after the first session.
Excellent service and really good advice on strengthening and stretching muscles to prevent injuries. Would recommend.
5 stars isn't a high enough review! I've been suffering with a very tight, clicky shoulder for a few years and a tight lower back. Chris pretty much sorted it all out in one visit, with a very patient and professional approach. Chris is clearly very knowledgeable and gave me some stretches and various exercises to do to help with what little tightness remains. Couldn't recommend highly enough and will be revisiting should any more tightness/muscle soreness return. Will.M
