Complete waste of time with this company. I purchased a turbocharger from them via the eBay platform, and from the very first minute after installation, it was leaking oil into the intercooler side. When I tried to discuss the issue with them, they simply refused to listen and kept repeating their policies, showing absolutely no willingness to reach a fair or unbiased resolution. I purchased a reconditioned turbo from these cowboys that failed on the test drive. The Terms & Conditions of warranty are worded in such a way that they never accept liability. BUYERS BEWARE. READ THE SMALL PRINT. Alternatively for peace of mind, avoid these scammers at all costs.
Currently a 1 star review based on the product quality but this may well change as I'm at the start of an intended warranty claim with ACP for a reconditioned turbo I purchased in November 24. On the test drive the car broke down & masses of oily smoke was expelled from the exhaust. Heartbroken & with Christmas approaching I left the car on my drive for the wintery months as I knew the repairs required would be time consuming.
