Not only does this company **** when it comes to customer service, communication and quality homes they also have their repair guys out here coming onto the women at the homes they repair. I'm sure my girlfriend has not been the only woman violated like this and it should be corrected before something bad happens. they are HORRIBLE. They charged me ***** move out costs. I had a rental ***** and they took it back at the last minute and I was forced to move out. They charged me early termination for voluntarily moving out!!! they did not contact me for over a year and then put a derogatory **** on my credit card and sent me to collections. not a letter, phone call, nothing. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a good company to rent from major bug problem heating systems issues now Im not able to use plumbing in bathroom or kitchen. Since I moved in has been problems with the house and I currently just had a baby 6 days ago
I moved into one the rentals located in ********* *******. When I moved in it smelt like a dog kennel. Has pest in the walls .None of the windows open. There is mold present where they just painted over in the kitchen. Mold coming from the vents. I lived here for a year and 6 months. The lights went out on one side of the house. If I could Give them negative stars, I would. Horrible, horrible company to deal with. We moved in to a place in July 2021 immediately needed things fixed. Fast forward a year with umpteen contacts for multiple things needing attention. NOTHING was taken care of. They sent people out, but those people just rigged things and left when they said they would be back to finish the job. Ceiling falling in bc of hvac, floors caving in. ********** never worked. They do not care about you or the home you are renting. Ive been renting my home for rough 5 months now. Ive spent 2 weeks no power 1 1/2 week no water (separate spans of time) I was stuck with $400 water bill and the repair bill (****) to provide my family water until they would finally send someone to help !
