DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Not only does this company suck when it comes to customer service, communication and quality homes they also have their repair guys out here coming onto the women at the homes they repair. I'm sure my girlfriend has not been the only woman violated like this and it should be corrected before something bad happens. I want to express my appreciation for the work done Atlas's tech Dennis McDaniel. He was very courteous and he did a great job repairing my front porch. He informed when it would take two days because he had to match the color of the tile since the ones on my porch was not available. Thank you Dennis!
I rented a home from Atlas Rental Property in mid-July & moved in on 7/30/22. Prior to moving in, I noticed that after having the water turned on, there was a leak in the main line & also in the water heater. I will say that Atlas addressed these issues. However, upon entering the crawl space, the vendor/plumber noticed that my air conditioning duct was largely in pieces. I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head.
