Im being evicted for their mistake,I paid my rent online, and the one time my account is hacked and the company isnt able to debit my account they have taken me through HELL!! To make a payment!! ************* TO RENT FROM!! They never fix anything even with a work order. They dont supply pest control , trash, stove or refrigerator for apartments. Theyre rat, spider, lizard, and ***** infested. The representatives are not friendly and they have horrible customer service. They filed for an eviction with courts before a month is out. Even with a paid attorney they still evicted me even with me having the 1 months worth of rent that I was late on in court!! We have had such a rough couple of weeks thanks to some flooding in the basement due to heavy rains/drainage issues. TAE is the best technician around and continued to help to get the water out, clean up the mud which ran in with the rain water and even used some mold/mildew killer cleaning products to prevent any funky stuff from growing in the basement. If I could give zero stars I would. We were without power for over a week at the end of May. We couldn't stay in the property. We called for reimbursement due to what the law states about this situation We were in. We even paid for the month of June. When I spoke to Randall Vann at Atlas he basically told me no that's not the law and that we should have stayed in the property with no electricity. I told him I have a son. The worst company in the world They send these so called maintenance guys that don't know what their doing. Plus they ac system keeps going out . Then they charge you when for the maintenance person come out and put it with rent.They are a bogus Company. I don't even know why they run credit on their houses. They use tenants to get money out of them. They don't hold their end of the spoon.I rate them as a Zero.

Elton fixed a leak under my kitchen sink. As a courtesy he let me know he was on the way 20 minutes before his arrival and updated me of the progress after the job had been completed. I appreciate his customer service.

**DO NOT RENT FROM ATLAS**heres why : when we first moved in we had to pay $3255 for the security deposit , 1st months rent and pet deposit.. when move in day came around our lockbox that held our keys to the house had been broken into and we had no way of getting in. finally a week later we were able to start moving in and then we were told the yard would be mowed and the mailbox would be fixed , just put in a work order in the app, of course neither was done and we got told it was then our responsibility THEN there was mol... read more
