Always helpful.. good range of spares and knowledge
We are caravanners (and motorhomers) and have many years experience. While staying at a local caravan club site we had a jockey wheel problem we could not fix and it was on a Sunday! We contacted Atlantic caravans and attended their site to seek help. Darren gave us lots of advice and his own drill and we returned with a new jockey wheel which we could not fit. Our water pump failed last Weekend and I was recommended Atlantic Caravans by the site manager at Looe Caravan and Motorhome site. Darren responded to my enquiry on a Saturday evening and carried out the repair for us on the Sunday morning at his workshop. He went above and beyond to get us functioning again and we were delighted with the service we received. I would have no hesitation recommending Darren and his team, they are professional and deliver exceptional customer service.
