The collision department is the worst service I ever got on my car. I just pick up my car from the shop last week and I realize they they damaged my front bumper I went back to the shop and I spoke to a manager named Jeff brown and he told me that they are not responsible for the damaged and if I want to get it fix I will have to pay for the repair I told hem that there was no damaged in the bumper that it was their fault and he said he is not to desperate for a 2 hrs job. I am giving them a chance to redeem themselves before sharing my experience. You would think with buying 2 of their showroom cars (my $49K Tundra and hubby's $28K FRS) they would be accommodating instead of super rude. The only good thing about Atlanta Toyota so far has been Robert Miller. He can't help that his managers lied and had to cause lawyers to be called to consult. Hi Everyone, If you see this please take it seriously, or you will be frustrated and waste your time waiting for service. Please don't buy the highlander model, I recently bought a brand new one and I brought it in for service for 3 times now! Within 3 weeks!! It is an engine, transmission problem, the car is 600 miles now.

I want to give a big thanks to Terry, Craig and Billy at Atlanta Toyota! I bought a used Sequoia from them about a month ago and started having some problems with it. After talking to them they told me that they would check my car out, find the problem and fix it. I was not able to drive my car to the dealership so they sent a tow service to pick up my car and I live about an hour way. They were very dedicated and found the problem quickly. I have been very please with my experience with them. The salesman Tony was very helpful and took the time out to honover everything with me to make sure I understood. He also, took the time to show me how to operate and set different controls in my vehicle.
Bought an used Cadillac Deville from them back in October and they sold it to me without current emissions, I had to get it done myself. I called they said that they would send me a check to reimburse me the cost of the emissions , it's been almost 4 months since I got the car and still they haven't sent me a check. I'd never buy another car from this dealership I recommend you go somewhere else where they really appreciate your business
