Came in today with my husband and son to look at some SUVs. The salesman, Anis, greeted us, and we told him that we were looking for something bigger than our current SUV, such as a Highlander or a Sequoia. He immediately stated, "Oh, the Sequoia is much too expensive. I think the Highlander would be better for you." If I wasn't so shocked, I would have given him a piece of my mind. Never will i be back to service or buy more cars from them. Service department is dishonest and overcharges. And when i proved that they overcharged me, nothing was done but say they are sorry. Don't care for your sorry. I want my money back!!!
