Had one of the worst experience of my life. I went last week for normal scheduled maintenence and came back with unusual diagnosis. Never had starter problem. Tech said starter is bad. Caught me off guard. Well ended up spending $500+. Went back home with some strange noise emanating from car. Yesterday while coming back from church had a stop at Farmers Market. Man...I always have a nice experience everytime I buy a car from toyota. I have a nice experience today with kayan. She try her best to tell you all the details about the car you gonna buy. She's super nice and I hope I come to her soon to get my other Toyota. Worst Service, please DO NOT come here...... I went in this morning for an oil change which I schedule last week with guest service department. They told me that I have electronic coupon for 14.99 which I can come use it anytime.... so I park my car in the service lane and I talked to the gentleman name min tang a service manager.... told me that he don't see my appointments nor my electronic coupon or whatsoever...!
