Atlanta Toyota did an AMAZING job helping me buy my first car! Originally I went in to look at a 2013 dodge dart they had on their website, but, unfortunately, it had already been sent to auction. Finding a car for me was already difficult because I'm picky, I wanted a manual transmission, and I was only approved for 10k at my local bank. Due to a misleading sales rep, I have a hard inquiry on my credit report for no reason.
Very bad-experience with financing department.. we travel far away to visit this dealer. Very rude very disrespectful..we were going trade in an infinity that we don't even used.. so I walk away when he started been rude and disrespectful he say walk away stay with your infinity.. like really he though that's the only vehicle we have.. very rude very disrespectful this happens today.. after been there all day.. my first and last visit there..

Kofi Raji and Michael in financing was awesome with my son who was a first time buyer. Kofi answered all his questions about the process of getting approved, Michael answered all his questions about the finance part and what is and isn't covered. The added bonus was they understood that I worked all night and got us in and out quickly. I would highly recommend these two for first time buyers
The customer service in retail department is garbage.
Johnathan Alvarez is an amazing guy. He took the time to help narrow down the massive selection at Atlanta Toyota to just the few Camrys they had with all the options I wanted. Amazing service. I highly recommend asking for Johnathan if you find yourself in need of a new or gently used Toyota.
Not happy with the finance department. The screwed up my paperwork and have not provided a solution other than me coming out of pocket to fix it. Huge inconvenience for me and my family.
