Can possibly sell you a bad car. They will not disclose that anything is wrong with car and when you find out something is wrong, it will be too late as they will not do anything about it. I bought car out of state and when i got it inspected, ton of problems which was never mentioned to me instead i was lied to. After they have your money, your trash to them and won't bother to nake things right, they will yell at you instead and talk like a criminal. Stay away. went in last night on Mercedes s550 advertised on several sites..was told car was having maintenance or repair and I drove one almost identical to it..loved it.. went ahead and did paperwork to do the deal and waited and waited for mark m**** salesman, to do his back and forth then fill out all paperwork for sale while arguing extensively with what sounded to be his significant other .Mark said he would call me first thing this morning with pick up date for car ..he didn't.. tried seven times today to get answer as to when t... read more

I had an amazing De' El experience! Just like everyone else, he was patient and qas willing to work with me in selecting my future baby. If you don't want the pressure of having to buy a car, I would recommend for you to ask for him. I walked out a happy customer with what I wanted.
I also had the De'el Experience. Decided to purchase an F-150 for my husband as a surprise. I wanted a specific color, model, year, and equipment. I had two days to get this done. De'el really worked with me. The day I wanted to complete the purchase, he picked up a truck from another ALM location (that I saw that morning) so I could compare it with the one at his location. I should have heeded the WARNING of the previous reviewer. WORST buying experience I have ever had (purchased a '16 528i on 12/15/17). I was told upon arrival "10 minutes before I arrived to a sales person wrecked the car while moving it. I also noticed the TPMS had a malfunction notification (they said it was just tire pressure). I was assured the front bumper would be replaced. The agent told me to call tomorrow for an update on the time frame (Christmas was in 10days totally fine. I walked into ALM with the intent of looking and walked out with my dream car. Billy and his team were great !!! I highly recommend coming here to purchase.
I purchased a car from this company and ill say I've never felt more comfortable. Car buying is nasty business with some of the sharks or "sales people". I didn't once feel pressured to make a choice. The young man who helped me, De'el, waited three whole hours till I was ready to sign the papers. Definitely recommending to friends.
