My daughter purchased a 2018 *** X6 on 07/04/2023. After 1 week in the vehicle, the vehicle shut down twice on major roadways. We took the vehicle to the *** dealership on 07/19/2023, where it's been for a week, with a 3rd party extended warranty. The warranty labor/parts rates are lower than ***s labor/parts rates. I went in for to purchase a vehicle on credit and was told that the bank was requiring a down payment of $8,600.00 in order to drive off the lot . ALM Gwinnett failed to disclose to me that they were the ones asking for the down button payment instead of the bank. ALM Gwinnett is in violation of the Truth in Lending Act and failed to disclose to me that they were intact the ones requiring the down payment, which would be considered misleading. I brought car on the 29th. Left $500 deposit and was told I could pick up car within the next few days. The end of week, they cancelled contract because the repairs were to extensive. Each of the 12 times I called because the money was in my account, I was told they going to do it tomorrow. Its been 21 days and still I have not gotten my money back.

I bought a Porshe Panamara from this location. They were great. After filing taxes, I looked back through my paper work and noticed I was CHARGED $699 for a delivery service charge....the thing is, my wife and I drove here from TN to pick it up. We drove the car off the lot. I have video from when we were there. Crazy.Talking with lawyer now to see if we just loss this or if there is anything we can do.

This is a horrible place that only cares about flipping cars fast and making the quick buck! I bought a car and within a week the transmission went out. It's taken me more than three weeks of vonstant calls and even going back into the dealer waiting for hours to speak with a manager to get them to agree to replace it. Now they are ghosting me when I call for a status on my car. Im having to go into the dealer to get any information. It has been almost a month that I have been without a car. i PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM HERE IN NOVEMBER AND ITS A LAND ROVER 4 MONTHS MY ENGINE IS OUT THE WARRANTY COMPANY REFUSE TO FIX ANDI WAS TOLD TO COME TALK TO ******* WHEN I ARRIVED THEY TOLD ME HE WAS IN A MEETING THEN ADVISE HE ALREADY LEFT FOR THE *** HE HAD FAMILY EMERGENCY SPOKE TO THE ASSISTANCE MANAGER AND HE IS A JERK.. They love lying and deceiving!! Their lies are so blatant. I bought a car that had just recently come in to ALM so they had not done an inspection or cleaned it. They promised me that they would do an inspection and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Turns out it needed a new catalytic converter which they promised they would replace for me. After financing a vehicle with ******* at *** of Gwinnett, my tag failed to come in the mail. I went to the tag office to get a temporary tag. Then the tag office told me, this will be the last tag I can get because ALM did not do my paperwork correctly. I also had to get emissions done to my surprise. When I told ******* this, instead of taking ownership, he gave me Corporates number.
