Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership. We questioned the warranty extensively and was assured by the business manager that the warranty mileage would start when the manufacturer's warranty ended. After calling numerous times, getting cut off each time, calling the corporate office, they finally connected us with the vice-president. I purchased a vehicle and did not notice the tires had dry rotted. I contacted the dealership and was told the tires would be replaced as long as I paid 50% of the invoice. Several weeks passed and I did not hear back from the dealership. I wound up purchasing tires and asked the dealership to reimburse me for 50% of the cost. They agreed to reimburse me for 50% of the cost at their discounted price. They never reimbursed me and gave me several excuses as to why they were delayed with paying me. This is the most unprofessional business Ive EVER encountered!! Ive been lied to, inconvenienced, and ignored about getting something as simple as a TAG!! The first problem was the fact that I was contacted on 4 different times to come complete different paperwork that they forgot to have me complete during the initial purchase of my vehicle. They need to inspect the cars better and take you on a longer test drive, that doesn't include a bunch of slow areas and speed bumps. Doesn't give you a very good idea of the car I bought a car knowing it had a lemon letter but was told I got a warranty for 1 year and that Mercedes had already fixed all the issues when they bought it back from the previous owner. well come to find out the warranty was only good for the reasons the car was a lemon not just a 1 year warranty in general. My first exprience with this dealership is also my last. I have never been lied to so many times in my entire life. This dearlership is untruthful about the quality for their vehicles. Does not honor warranties. And wnd I attempted to get a refund from my warranty because it was not honored, all I got was more lies. A lesson well taught is a lesson well learned. The customer service was great but be sure to get a CarFax before buying from ALM. I received an document stating that the vehicle I purchased didn't have any major damage but I failed to get a CarFax (my fault) before buying. Turns out I now am having a very difficult time trying to sell the vehicle because of "moderate" damage on the CarFax. I tried calling about it the other day and got passed around to 4 people before finally being out on hold for 20 minutes then getting hung up on. I wouldn't have any reservations about... read more

Dealer does not have title. Tag expires in 5 days. Bought a 2019 Kia in August. I was issued a temporary tag by the dealer which this tag expires in 5 days. Contacted corporate about tag. Can not get any response from the title Dept except they will call you back and never do.

Run...Run...Run....this place is the worst ever.....given them a 1 star is still too nice. My son who plays for the FL Marlins went to this dealership on May 27th and traded in his BMW 428i for a XF Jaguar he also put a 3000 down payment on the car...so two weeks later they called and asked for the car back due to Covid19 the Corp office was closed and unable to verify his employment.
