This my first car experience and I was completely lied to and taken advantage of by Salesman Allen Smith. I test drove several cars, some didn't have updated prices and were dirty on the outside. I wanted to look at the inventory at the ALM dealers. I wanted to view a car at ALM Marietta in attempts to persuade me not to, Allen advised me that the ALM Marietta location had an employee tested positive for COVID-19. I bought a 2007 C280 from ALM in 2011. the car had 45k miles at that time. Currently it has over 186k and the car had no major issues during this period. Thanks for the support from Khush and his team at ALM
We bought a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe October 2019 with only 16,000 miles. The salesman was good but the finance person was somewhat arrogant and seemed impatient when it came to signing the paperwork. My main issue was when we bought the Santa Fe the previous owner wired a trailer hitch on the back of the vehicle almost eliminating the warranty. The only reason they get 1 star is due to the fact it is required. WARNING BUYER BEWARE! They had sold me a vehicle under false pretenses, stated they would make it right and will not. WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Make sure you take the time to read ALL documentation before signing and do NOT take the salespersons word on the vehicle you are buying and what it includes. Poor customer service! We paid a huge down payment on a car in May and they have not processed the paperwork for our tag. Temp tag has now expired. No one will return our calls!

The WORST car buying experience EVER!!! I purchased a vehicle that needed some work and agreed to have them complete the work for me. They kept my vehicle 1 1/2 months and even after that length of time did not complete all of the work promised. The work that was done needed to be re-done because of sloppy work repairs. Their Customer Service is a HORROR and they do not follow up with you!!!
