Very unprofessional letting agency. I was told my offer was accepted and was prepared to pay the deposit. I did not hear back in days, once I called them they stated that the property has been let to someone else without giving me any notice. They lied about trying to contact me and not being able to reach me. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Save your time and money!!
Danny was instrumental in getting my sale through perhaps even more than my solicitors ! I was overseas and he helped me immensely to get the deal done . For that , I am eternally grateful . No hesitation for 5 stars . Thanks again mate .
Seriously Bad Property Managers I engaged this company to let and manage my apartment as I live overseas. They did not advice me on legal requirements and proceeded to let the property illegally. They allowed my property to fall into a complete state of dis repair despite me paying for regular redecorating and repairs. I have been looking for a place in London and arrange a viewing 3 days ago with AM. I was told the only viewing slot was at 3pm so I took the afternoon off work. I received an email at 1pm on that day to confirm the viewing. I travelled all the way across london and arrived at the property. Then 10 minutes before the viewing was about to start I got a call from the agency saying it was cancelled, as it had been given to someone else.
