Do not use this company! I contacted Atkins about replacing my shower and ensuring the pressure is considerably improved. I received a text message from Samantha with a quote but no information on the parts that will be used nor informing me of how the pressure will be improved. I ask for a proper quote to be sent by email with a breakdown of parts and labour and also information on how we get the shower, who picks it and how the work will be completed.
