Appalling service, if I could give them zero stars I would. I’m using them for conveyancing for the purchase of a property and we’ve been in this process for 4 months now with essentially no updates, emails and phone calls are systematically ignored, we do not know where we are with the transaction, which at this point might fall through due to the chronic lack of responsiveness, they simply don’t care. I used initially Simon Fagan and subsequently Elizabeth Evans-Jarvis to assist me in an employment law matter. I joined a group claim after the company I worked for went into insolvency and we all lost our jobs overnight. I cannot fault the service provided by Aticus Law, especially Grace. She was very attentive, we got prompt updates and realistic estimates of the timeframes. The process was lengthy, at no fault of Aticus Law’s, but the final payment was sent very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.
