I made my appointment at ************* ATI over two weeks ago to prevent any problems post-surgery. I had my hip surgery 13 days ago for a torn labrum, FAI, and gluteal tears.Today I hobbled in for my first appointment on my little ****** and the PT, *****, wasn't there. I actually had a good experience at the *** location and with the therapists. My big problem is with corporate and billing. As you can tell by many other complaints, *** is not clear about their prices and billing and they take advantage of patients as well as contribute to insurance premiums rising. I went 6 times over 5 weeks and just got a **** even though every time I went they acted like insurance covered everything. They are charging almost $400/visit!!!! I attended ATI in ********* **. There was no one at the front desk upon first entry. I waited as people doing nothing stood around and finally decide it was time to do their jobs. The first visit went well other than that. The second visit however went poorly. I was doing exercises that were supposed to be with a physical therapist but what I got was shoddy instruction yelled across the room at one point. Insurance covered until a new year approached and we had a $1000 deductible. They gave no indication of price so I assumed it was reasonable. ($50-$100) 20 Something year old guy showed teen stretches for 30 min. at 6 appointments. They charged more than my MD!!!! $198 per appointment!!! When I inquired they said its their policy! Gouging the public and not forthcoming with their prices. ????

Good service and friendly staff at the location at ***************** in *******, however, I had no idea I would be charged over $500 PER VISIT! My insurance covered $400 of it, but I still ended up with fees well exceeding $1500. Very unexpected, but want to make others aware.

I returned to this establishment after taking a vacation. My insurance is paying for a Physical Therapist and not an assistant or someone else. They gave me an assistant and I walked out. Enough of the ********. I just put up with this c*** anymore. You should be able to get the appropriate service that you are paying and not something that is less.

They do not honor your insurance policy. Even if you have NO COPAY, they still want $10 up front at every single visit. I was harassed for money every single time I took my daughter in. I will NEVER go back there and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone EVER! Go to Athletico Physical Therapy, or somewhere else, that actually honors your insurance and does what they're supposed to do!
Went to the *** in **************** ******** and was evaluated by *******. She made an appointment for me to start therapy at 2:30 yesterday. I received 6 text messages and 2 emails reminding me of my appointment, to bring your insurance card, etc. I arrived at 2:20 and only one therapist was there and busy with a man in a wheelchair.
