Hi, I'm ************** and my visit with ATI and my therapist ****** was hard at first but with her theraphy after total knee replacement I worked hard and followed her instructions to get back on my feet again. I give her all the praise for working so hard to get me back to normal. I would recommend ATI and their therapist to anyone who is willing to work hard and have the determination like I did to get better.

ATI billing is the worst. They offered me a cash pay rate, then submitted my claims to insurance. After submitting many dates of service to insurance, I learned that insurance didnt pay anything. ATI ended up charging me 3x the cash pay rate and wouldnt allow me to pay the cash rate or make any accommodation. I believe that ATI is unwilling to work with customers even if their hands are unclean.

I had the worst experience from the manger and the receptionist. The manger was getting pushy to schedule 12 weeks of physical therapy appointments when I only needed 4 weeks of sessions. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional and makes you feel uncomfortable at each session. As a disabled person she questions why I cant work. And is breaking the medical privacy hippa laws. There for I feel uncomfortable going to physical therapy sessions

This was not a good experience; they milk the sessions so you really don't see results any time soon. They want you to have 12 sessions, typically no longer than 30 to 40 minutes and you pay $75 per session upfront. Pretty outrageous. You don't have a one on one, someone is there with more than one patient and the person may have an assistant to tell you what to do, very basic. ATI does not subscribe to general accounting principles. They will attempt to bill you for visits that you already paid for. The desk staff are absent or inept. It took me 10 hours of my time to make sense of their billing and no less than *********************************************************************** Then once I finally resolved the issue they threatened to turn over my claim to a debt collection agency. ATI physical therapy is running an extremely fraudulent scheme. They told me I have $10 copay and not even once shared with me what my insurance would be paying. My Physiotherapist **** charged my $80 for 8 visits and told me that based on my insurance I have up to 35 visits included. He also encouraged me to take a few more sessions so that my shoulder would feel better and I went for a couple more sessions thinking it will only cost me $10. Absolutely horrible experience. For one they used the same medical code but charged me a different amount. Thats just blows my mind! But the front desk **** told me they charge $120 per one hour visit. No they charge me from $300 up to $700 for the same exact daily exercise. And when I called the billing department they told me no, you were doing different exercises Im like hold on youre telling me this? Like you were there not me?
