I was told that I would get a follow up call in about one month after my visit to ATI in Plano, Texas I have yet to receive this call two months after my visit.

I went to ATI due to frozen shoulder. I was often put in a corner to do my own therapy. They move people around like a revolving door. Then, had to pay high amounts for no real service. I stopped going and did my own therapy at home. My shoulder is now 90% better. Employees are nice but this business is broken from the top down. Even my therapist left for the same reasons that I stopped going.

I went to ATIPT for pain in 2019, I've made out of pocket payments along with my insurance payments that year and throughout 2020. It's 2021 and I'm still getting bills, after a closer look they created 3 patient IDs under my name and the payment dates on my CC does not match theirs so it's difficult to map the payments I made to map with dates when I was in the clinic. ATI practices lousy billing. Do not take their word that they have checked your insurance, and you are covered for X amount of visits. They will try to bill you a year later and try to make you pay out of pocket. Find another PT as this place is a sham. Also, they provide half-ass service. They want to milk the insurance, and they won't care about your health. Trust me, go elsewhere.

I went to ATI physical therapy starting june2019. I had the manager therapist in Philadelphia, Grant ave. she was great. I had good therapy. I think they could have added more machines knowing I wasalmostdone my time. I went for the amount my insurance would cover. 30 sessions,no more. Limeades reviews there was a little more playing around by staff, which not everyone can handle. My therapist was very understanding and explained all. I heard and read so many great reviews about the physical therapy area so when I found out that they also offer home therapy I was very excited. I wanted to get service to my mom. I had my doctor fax over a referral and never heard anything, so I called two weeks later to follow up and was told that the doctor sent the wrong info. The person I spoke with didn't elaborate until i had to basically pull teeth to get it out of her. We went back and forth and all I could remember was her bad condescending tone. Better read the reviews!!!!! Getting treated due to severe body pain due to a auto accident. I was asked multiple times why I chose the ATI at Tinley Park by the PT. Until I felt very uncomfortable being their. I lived 10 minutes away and there isn't a ATI in my town. The doctor across the street from her office referred me. I started going to ATI in Bloomingdale, IL in late June. The PT treatments were very good and the staff is excellent. ATI billing is absurd. On occasion I was asked to pay $ 10 at the time of the visit and other days I was not. A paper invoice was created on 08/05/20 and arrived sometime while I was on vacation while my mail was on hold at the Post Office. I received all my mail on 08/15/20 which included the ATI invoice. While the service provided was above par, I received a bill for over $4000.00 for dates I know I wasn't there. All their records say I was there, including a sign in sheet log. But I can tell you, hand to God Almighty, that there was no way I was there. A number of factors give me absolute confidence in saying this. My brother in law died and I was out of benefits with Medicare and my Medigap. I do not know why they have those records but I was not there.
