The Indian massage was worth it and the price is good too. It really helped with my back stress. Saraswati was really nice and professional. They also provide you a place to shower later so you can go home or anywhere refreshed after the massage.
I had a very disappointing experience at this establishment . It was clear that they treat non-indian customers differently. From the moment I walked in, the staff was unwelcoming and dismissive, while I noticed they were much more attentive to Indian clients. I was given poor service, and my concerns were ignored when I tried to address them. No one should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome based on their background. I went with my partner after booking over the phone, as I arrived it was obvious our custom wasn't welcome , she hesitated to open the door. When the lady came to give the massage she glanced up the hall at my partner as I was already and looked at me and said to the receptionist "no I don't want to" and then said can you help me with the thing " clearly hinting she wanted to talk to say she didn't want to deal with us. looking in disgust.
