I made an order for a couple of cycling shoes. I had to wait a month before receiving the shoes, which was due to an extremely slow shipping method. Anyhow, receiving the shoe I discovered I have received the wrong model. To sort out this mistake I reached out to Athlos Triathlon to solve the matter. They didn't have the initial shoe in stock and recommended that I could either keep it or send it back. as I need that particular model I requested a return label. Ordered item for a trip, but the stock showing on Amazon was not real and the order was cancelled. Highly frustrating and led to a cancellation of my day out.
