I made an appointment to get a toothache seen about. They conducted X-rays and let me know that I would need to get the tooth fixed. The service was great while i was there, but the system went down while in was there also, so it made my visit short and I was not able to discuss my options for fixing the tooth nor was I able to make a follow up appointment. The technician said that they would give me a call when things were back to normal but i have yet to receive one and my appointment was 4/13/2017

Kevin does a great job. I will keep coming back due to his professionalism. But there does seem to be an issue with the billing dept, working with blue cross. There is a lack of communication between the two resulting in my being billed. The billing dept knew about this error, but did nothing to resolve it until I came into the office to complain. This is called being reactive not proactive. If this issue doesn't get resolved I will no longer be patronizing this establishment.

Nobody likes going to the Dentist, but my first visit was the most pleasant dentist visit I ever had. From check in to checkout, everyone was great.

My daughter and myself come together every time for our cleanings. Sometimes we are together in the family room but, sometimes we are not. I feel comfortable with the staff to allow my daughter to be cleaned in a separate room. Everyone is great!
