Always have a good experience but I have to give special kudos to Kevin who did a great job with my regular cleaning. Thanks to a friendly, competent and professional staff.
As always, I had another very good experience yesterday. I was a few minutes late for my appointment and staff handled it well. Dr. Dobberstein was great to explain things, did the somewhat tricky procedure, and I was done. The crew at the check-out desk were smiling, and ever efficient! It was a good day!
Chad was amazing. He did an excellent job of explaining my current dental situation and the options I have going forward. He went over every detail of my upcoming surgery and answered every question I had. I came in nervous and left at peace because of him. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, warn, and welcoming! The facility itself was gorgeous and very clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Absolutely the worst office management I've ever experienced in my entire life! I was accosted and refused treatment for not paying a fictitious bill I knew I didn't owe, had ever seen or been sent a bill. I received an unsubstantiated explanation and was refused when I asked see a bill and to contact my insurance administrator to resolve discrepancy. Kevin always does my cleanings. He is always gentle and listens to all my concerns. He takes the time to discuss everything with me. The dentists are always gentle also especially if I need fillings or other dental work. My son and daughter love them also.
I haven't been to Athens Family Dental in a long time I was very Nervous but the pain was so bad.I am very thankful that I went on my experience years ago:) Y'all were very good then and even now have taken away my fears Once Again Thank y'all so much I know that when I come back in January y'all are going to take great care of my teeth and relieve me of my Pain.Thank y'all so much.
