Even though the office is usually extremely busy everyone is extremely efficient and cordial.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kind service, efficient scheduling, and exceptional doctors! I was in terrible pain and AFD created time for me to be seen the same day I called. Disappointed that as an established patient I had to come spend an hour at the office for a consultation and then also be charged for it. I made an appointment for a significantly chipped tooth. After seeing a dentist I was told the obvious, I need to have it filled. First available appointment is in 3 weeks! It's unacceptable for dentist to make a patient wait 3 weeks for an emergency filling. We're now looking for another dentist.

I needed to reschedule, not cancel, my appointment. I was told that I would have to pay an additional $25 cancellation fee. I have done a lot of business in your office, and honestly I was offended that the office staff was not more understanding of my situation. It was inconvenient for our family to make the appointment, but I did to avoid the ridiculous fee. Im not sure my business is appreciated. The lady who worked on my teeth was wonderful. The dentist was also very professional and helpful.

I had the sweetest nurse that went out of her way to make sure I understood everything! The Dr was amazing and handled my sore mouth with ease!
