I always love going to Athens Family Dental. The staff is great and I always feel comfortable there. Everyone is super nice and they also are very understanding if you have a time crunch. They are a very efficient team and you can tell that customer service matters to them.
A very organized office. Everyone was friendly and professional. Very busy but did not have to wait.
I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to be seated in the chair and my cleaning didn’t occur for another 20 mins after I was seated. I understand the missed appointment fee. In the same vein, I would think the same credit should be given to those that have to wait an inordinate amount of time for their appointment. I believe 10-15 minutes beyond an appointment is acceptable to wait to be seated. My family of 4 had our 6 month cleaning that day. Everything was awesome as usual! I love we are able to all go together at the same dentist.
