After years of recurring tonsils, sore throat and sleep disruptions Dr Mrinal Supriya suggested me endoscopy and after assessing he recommended me tonsillectomy & adenoidectomy. I was nervous since I’d heard recovery could be rough but I had to go ahead. The surgery itself went smoothly, it was outpatient under general anesthesia. Do not recommend I had operation on my ear drum January 24, this operation was 94% would work I was one of unlucky ones and failed in which they damaged my nerve and lost my hearing, and there was no follow up appointments and they never updated Northampton ENT what had happen

I had a horrendous experience at Athena Surgical Centre in early 2024. The doctor or surgeon, who appeared to have no clear understanding of my ear condition yet proceeded to probe my ear with a metal instrument—without reviewing any medical records or conducting a thorough examination. As a direct result, I developed two severe ear infections and MRSA in my ear. If I could leave a minus review for the staff and care received I would - After being informed I needed a head MRI due to balance , headaches for over a year the staff at this centre due to their negligence and horrendous patient care made me wait a further 15 weeks - every time I chased I was lied to and informed I’d receive my appointment soon!!
