They will keep your money. Paid money to include a follow up for any corrections or adjustments needed. I called the same day to move the appointment as I could not make it due to a last minute emergency. Was told they can't move it as they need 24 hour notice, this is understandable but when I've paid for it they should try to at-least help people who have extenuating circumstances. I am Anna Mehmet's patient and I truely recommend this person! I have been visiting her regularly for a few years. She is very professional and always selects the right treatments for my skin!
Absolutely love this clinic and the amazing women here that make you feel so welcome and cared for. The space is wonderfully relaxing and they provide the best services that are researched and give results. I travel to see them as it’s always totally worth the journey, highly recommend! :)

I absolutely love Atelier - everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk through the door, and Adriana is an absolute gem & I can’t recommend her enough! I’ve been coming to her for a course of IPL and, not only are the results phenomenal (even, calm), she gives brilliant advice on the skincare you should use - my skin hasn’t felt this comfortable for a long time!
