Be warned, they are horrible to their tenents and take no responsibility for repairs. They even expect tenents to do and pay for their own hurricane damage repairs. Shady all the way
Absolutely deplorable treatment of tenants post Hurricane Irma. Disgusted and appalled.
Refusing to fix damage from storm and insisting tenants do it themselves. Dishonest, unethical and shady. Do NOT sign a lease with them unless you have a Florida attorney read it. Take photos of every single thing when you arrive and leave. They will do anything to keep your money.
Abusing tenants before the hurricane and now being completely predatory after it. Forcing tenants to make repairs that homeowners are insured against. Forcing tenants to pay it of pocket for damages because THEY provided no storm protection. Jacking up prices to make more money off this disaster. Don't sign a lease with them without speaking to a Florida attorney, ever. Also, they have a clause in their contract that forbids honest reviews. That's why there is nothing negative.
Spent a great month at Duval on the square. The location could not have been better on Duval! This is the second time I have rented this condo and could not be happier. It is only 2 doors down from the pool ( Wich was hardly used by the other owners). Not sure why this one is not easily found on the website but Enjoyed my time there...
