I stayed for a week and had nothing but positive experiences. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. If I ever find myself in Key West again, I will definitely rent from them.

We have rented from At Home in Key West long-term and found them to be excellent. We have purchased two homes and sold one and their service was outstanding. For years we’ve referred others and they’ve always loved their stays. Honest, reliable and dependable.
kicking long term tenants out after hurricane Irma and not repairing damages done to building, and expect tenants to do repairs . shame on you .
Horrible place to live. Residents affected by the hurricane are still dealing with mold, leaks, broken roofs and other damage caused by the hurricane. They have made NO effort to fix anything and have asked me to personally fix a broken roof, a moldy wall, and all the other damages done by the hurricane.
All this company cares about is it's bottom line. They refuse to make even minor repairs and expect tenants to repair damage caused by mother nature. Their only response is to lawyer up and sue you. there are much better rental companies and I urge you to seek those out.
Holy Heartless! If you want to rent from a company who holds tenants financially liable for damage done by a hurricane, please-by all means-rush to sign a lease with these folks. Don't forget your parting gift--an extra large jar of Vasoline. Grab your ankles.
