DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We had a reservation for this wknd and (our mistake) did not purchase travel insurance. Due to a potential Cat 5 Hurricane and the Governor declaring a state of emergency our flights were cancelled and we could not make it by car or boat. This company did nothing to help. We asked to change dates or anything and they just said NOPE. They wanted in writing us to email a cancellation which I DID NOT as we did not cancel - we couldn’t get there!!! The condo, the location, the receptionist were just great. Stay as you are there’s no need for improvement.
From the very first contact the entire experience was worry free. They answered all of our questions and the townhouse was perfect. We will continue to use them every year when we go to Key West. It is comforting to know we never have to search for a place to stay anymore and hope that everything is going to be what we expect it to be. We will just call them from now on! The entire experience with them was exceptional!!
Had such an amazing time staying at one of your condos!!! Will definitely look into using you guys for our next visit down. Accommodations were great, location was amazing, and check-in, check-out was extremely easy for us, even when arriving late and leaving before they opened! Thanks for the stay over in 1800!!
