We came into the store to purchase 2 ceiling light fittings. We were assisted by John who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He offered us fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. He knew exactly what we were looking for, he looked at stock on the shop floors for us as well in the catalogue. He made the whole shopping experience so much easier.
