I was helping someone to sell a flat in W2. The first estate agent, from a well known big firm, overpriced it and then of course it didn't sell. We switched to a more local estate agent who really knew the W2 area -Antony DiLieto at Astons. Antony was brilliant. Organised great photos, gave good advice and was so helpful. Antony is brilliant - professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I would send emails or messages at all hours of the day and within minutes I'd receive a response. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Genuinely a pleasure to work with. We were buyers for a property, and he had both our and the seller's best interests in mind!
