Our experience selling with them was more than disappointing from start to finish. They are rude, condescending and bad professionals to the point that I was tempted more than once to pull off in order to avoid them getting any money from me. Tom tried once to convince me in the rudest way, as if I didn’t understand plain English, that I had to hire an architect and spend thousands of pounds in order to get the second floor of my property regularised when the property was build that way in 1853. Aston’s advised us to use Premium Solicitors due to a precious sale on the house. It turned out this was totally untrue and we were therefore mis sold their recommend solicitor . Communication was poor and when the deal almost collapsed , I had to chase everyone and propose solutions.
