I let my property through Astons after purchasing a flat 10 years ago with the sale managed by Astons. Throughout the 10 years Astons have been nothing but professional and efficient. The property always let very quickly and was managed impeccably. After recently deciding to sell the property, Astons were on hand to manage a very efficient sale. They know their market very well, knowing when to make changes. A big thank you to all the team and especially Ross and Terry who I dealt with a lot over the past 10 years.
We recently sold our house with Astons. Ross was excellent throughout. He was very professional and supportive from day one, keeping us up to date with all enquiries. We were very happy we chose to use Astons. We would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property.
Had the displeasure of speaking with Terry in the Crawley branch. Extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable. If you are a landlord or tenant do not go through him. Spoke to other people from Astons and they have been absolutely fine so ask for anyone else but Terry in the Crawley branch
