Purchased an approved used Polestar through this dealership in July last year. As part of sale a paint touch up pen was agreed to be supplied as chips in the paintwork were found on the car after preparation. I had been researching online for my Aston Martin for some months when by chance I saw Newcastle Aston Martin had a 2017 DB11 V12 Coupe (price adjusted for higher miles) with a full dealership history and a (nationwide) 12 months Aston Martin Timeless Warranty. I was looking for a high spec Vantage and I found one at AM Newcastle. Simple enquiry and I was put in touch with James. Excellent knowledge, was able to pull a deal togther (remotely) very quickly and the sale was concluded within a day or so. Collection was very easy and memorable. Great car, amazing service when buying the car, and poor after-service and rude managers like Chris argued with me about the fact the car was properly checked before I purchased it; the windows had built-in condensation from months or years prior. Never would buy from them again.

Bought my car from Keith Penman. Very friendly and helpful. Really welcoming, as were all the staff. Toilets were immaculate. Can't fault the place. Although their Head Office needs to learn, that no means NO!
