Not a great experience. We viewed a flat and had an offer accepted, sent all the required proofs that we requested albeit a week later. We then waited a week for a reply and didn't get one. We then find out they didn't reply as they were busy trying to get our offer gazumped, and then tried blaming me. Once i proved them to be wrong they ceased communication All in all a very poor experience
The staff at Astins were all very professional and responsive. Excellent service all round, thank you
A very very helpful service and so much better than other agency's in town without naming names .certainly went the extra mile on particular occasions when we desperately wanted conclusion of the sale which was very distressing for us at times not because of astins I might add but from other parties .all the staff were brilliant but special mention to Isobel as her valuation skills and expertise in carrying out her duties were beyond compare resulting in a sale price far greater than her competitors , not inflated I may add ... read more
Buyers and Sellers Beware! Took the morning off work to view a property and they didn't turn up. Left us standing out in the cold. Upon phoning the office to check, they gave the runaround placed on hold etc apparently lettings staff don't have access to sales staff diary. Waste of time. Dread to think how lettings clients are treated. *Edited to respond to agent. I live here, I am not on holiday.
